-Fully remote for most roles. -Managers are encouraged to let their reports own their work + clear on goals. -Company offsite (once a year). -Revolutionary product offering for many, many women.

Cons

-Not a super set criteria for promotions.

I worked at Natural Cycles for more than 2 years and left for a different role but regret it. It’s a really great place to work and hard to beat.

Great company culture, a job that matters, and many growth opportunities. I really feel like I'm making a change, both within the company, but in the world

Cons

It's really fast-paced, and a startup, so if you like well defined structures and processes, this might not be the best fit for you. I personally find this to be the type of environment I thrive it though
