      Pros

      Fellow employees are excellent. Very few exceptions. Management is friendly. Does not feel like a corporate environment. Owners have a heart. Understand we have families. Relaxed environment. If you do your job and are not complacent. You can have a job for life.

      Cons

      Training support could be better. Not bad, ask for help and they will.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, really great managers that are fun to interact with and learn from. I got a lot of insight into the auto industry from these people.

      Cons

      Sometimes you feel like a one-man-army doing all the smaller tasks that keep the front and back office functioning smoothly. They take for granted the hard work you put in at times as their own stress levels rise depending on the season.
