This vision comes from CEO and the upper management. The support I’ve received as a Studio Manager has been outstanding, and there’s a strong culture of collaboration and encouragement. It’s motivating to work in an environment where professional excellence and personal development are equally valued. NORR truly invests in its people and fosters a workplace where everyone can thrive.
