      Pros

      Great working environment. Company cares about its employees. Company allows you freedom to make decisions on your own and think creatively.

      Cons

      Company is larger than the culture. Tries to operate as a small 1 plant company but is a large multi plant company. Needs to oversee plants and direct facilities stronger.

      Pros

      The people are friendly, management is very helpful and more than willing to take time to answer questions and pass on knowledge, and admin quickly resolves any issues that might come up regarding pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The office is a massive fishbowl, which can get a little distracting when you hear multiple people having conversations.
