Management is making an effort to help with internal growth and give people more opportunities to take leadership roles.
Cons
Many (but not all) people who work there are not very talented and the salaries are not high enough to attract great staff.

Pros
I got to contribute to several interesting innovative product development projects. They are very forward-thinking about technical investment strategy as well as civil rights / legal actions.
Cons
The company culture can be a bit quirky. Hours vary a lot, but I like that.
