Full package of benefits. Free fully equipped onsite gym for all employees . Decent salary, great working atmosphere. High management and C.E.O. are really close to all levels employees. Cons
Nelmar is a small company, physically speaking, because it is the North American leader in its segment, and because of that there is the family feeling from the high management which sometimes make a little bit difficult to implement some changes, but nothing absurd. Pay a visit on the facilities and you will see how fantastic it is.
