My co-workers and the type of work I did both as a TL and a front line agent and the bosses I had through out the years working for Mural Tech and the pay. Oh and of course before going remote, when we worked in office, pizza Fridays,

Opportunity to train on and learn Office 365 products Benefits and bonuses Fellow employees and supervisors were excellent

Unfortunately the company closed down due to loss of Microsoft contract.
