      Pros

      I have worked at several firms before coming to MountainView. They have offered the best opportunity for me to learn and grow from the smarter people surrounding me. As with any company, you have to put the work in to be rewarded but management will reward you for your efforts.

      Cons

      Not the place to work if you are not willing to get your hands dirty. Everyone has to pull their own weight. There are really no mid-management paper pushing, meeting attending jobs available here.

      Appreciation! This company lets you know how much you are appreciated for doing a good job. From the top down to your peers. Working as a team to complete tasks. Everyone seems to put 100% into their job so when working with teams, it makes it enjoyable. When not working as a team, others respect your time and devotion.

      Cons

      If you don't take the bus or tram, parking can be an issue.
