Pros
- Because of the company's mission, Moon attracts people who are passionate, skilled, and creative. Despite the fact that everyone is extremely sharp, they're kind-hearted as well and always willing to help out. The collaboration in this office is great and definitely something to consider if you like to work autonomously. - Rewarding job because the ventures that come out of the pitch events are impactful - Compensation is competitive - Leadership team is transparent - Operations team does a great job of checking in on employees' mental health during covid - All hands meetings are productive and informative - L&D for talent acquisition is great. We work with Ideo, who are thoughtful experts in recruiting.

No stock options but they make up for it with a competitive base salary and bonus opportunities
