Truly a family-like atmosphere in which to work. Coworkers are friends. I care for people I know on a regular basis, which adds meaning to what I do every day. Pay is good for the area. Quality of life in the area cant be beat in my mind.

A small hospital setting that isn't for those wanting a lot of action.

Fast Paced opportunity to ensure the safety of doctors and nursing staff as they treated a variety of patients.

Cons

We dealt with violent people who were sent to our facility for treatment. we had to keep order with psychiatric patients, drug overdoses, and alcohol issues.
