Not only is the work I do satisfying, not only does it pay well, and not only is the environment nice, but on top of all of that, the owners and managers are incredible. They really truly care about us. Not just us as employees, but as people.
Cons
The only downside, which just takes getting used to, is how things change sometimes with your tasks. I actually really like that part of my job now, as it keeps things interesting. But at first, that was a challenge to get used to.
