I worked at Modular Automation for 6 years and I enjoyed every day! I started with the business as a summer student while I was in university, later completing my co-op placement, and after graduating I was offered a full-time role. There was great support from day one, and every day had a new challenge. The industry and nature of the work is very interesting - developing advanced, high-tech automation solutions for med device manufacturers. Working at Modular gave me a great kickstart to my career. There were always opportunities to develop and get involved with new initiatives/projects. Hybrid and flexible working were great benefits along with the modern office spaces & on-site gym.

Other engineering industries and large multinationals buy and run hi tech machines... We build them. We're not restricted with one machine or type at a time. One project makes eye devices, the next makes stents for a different company. Variation is fantastic. Working for multinationals, you're given a machine to maintain and modify, the scope for input is limited whereas here, we are involved from the concept to deliver phases with huge exposure to different technologies.
