The team of individuals at the company is very talented and each has a lot to offer. Everyone is great to work with and all of the employees are very friendly and enjoy hanging out together. MobilityRE's products are very cool and work very well for their clients, which makes it fun to both sell and assist in client implementation. There are many opportunities for growth, responsibility and learning in new areas of the business. The company is constantly is expanding into new areas and adding new products and features, which allows for many new career skills and opportunities.
Cons
As a small business there is not as many resources available to the employees as there typically is at a larger corporation. Many projects that are in process take longer than preferred as the teams are all very busy with other implementation projects.
