      Pros

      The best company once can join as a Fresher. Mindfire had a remote first policy way before covid happened. This company was just way too ahead of its time. I worked here from 2016 to 2020, and those were the best days of my career.

      Cons

      Mindfire helps you tremendously if you wanna grow. you get to be an allrounder. although, not everyone understands this and employees take things for granted.
