I have been working at Mighty Leaf Tea for a few months now and have had a great experience thus far. The employees care about the company and each other. The new CEO is breathing new life into this (almost) 20 year old company, introducing Core Priorities and making a lot of the business transparent to the employee base, as well as simply making everyone accountable for helping build the company and taking it to the next level.

Needs to update some of the technology, but I know this is in the process of being done.
Every employee here is very friendly and is willing to offer help whenever you need it. And if you're a fan of tea, this company offers their own free tea at work for all of their employees!

The workload can be excessive at times so managing your tasks during those periods can be overwhelming.
