      Pros

      great benefits, good co-workers, teamwork culture Management works with you and treats you with respect safety bonus and attendance bonus - you can earn a full week of pay for an attendance bonus!!!

      Cons

      it can get cold in the yard in the winter and hot in the buildings in the summer but you just have to dress right.

      Communication can be difficult at times. They do not always listen to opposing views when dealing with customer issues. Places a higher value on vendors vs customers.

      Pros

      I actually look forward to going to work every day. Great team drive from production to maintenance, everybody helps each other out. Management respects you as a person and values your input. Coworkers help out even when it is clearly not their responsibility. Nobody says "That's not my job", everybody contributes to a safe and productive work place. The people there are are very pleasant and positive. Management gives you the tools and support to complete your work. Great emphasis is given to worker's suggestions on how to improve safety and efficiency.
