      Supportive colleagues and helpful team environment. Good opportunity to learn practical production processes and gain hands-on experience. Exposure to real-time problem solving and industrial workflow helped improve technical and communication skills.

      Cons

      Workload can sometimes be high and work-life balance may be challenging during busy production periods. Limited growth opportunities in certain areas depending on project availability.

      Pros

      I was employed with Microverse Automation for 3 years in the S&M team. It was truly a rewarding journey. I had the freedom to express and execute the ideas while working. Being an Indian OEM and in house manufacturing it helped me in understanding the technical aspects and Lifecycle of projects better. Company offers good salary and hikes. Hassle free leaves/offs whenever required. Good Exposure to the Industry.
