You're made to feel welcome even at the interview stages, and everyone in the business is happy to help you get settled and working. The office in Fleet is spacious and bright, with a great breakout area, and you're kitted out with top of the range equipment by IT. Any requirements for being comfortable at your desk are no issue, and HR are fantastic at resolving any issues that arise. The benefits package, flexibility, and work ethic are the best I've experienced in a company of this size; the salary is reasonable, and there are a number of great events organised within the Fleet office to keep management transparent, staff informed, and motivation high. Microgen have been a really successful company, and has undergone a major recruitment drive including a new management team that have been able to design a great business strategy ensuring that the company continues to prosper and offers exciting prospects for employees.
Cons
Due to major acquisitions, and a great sales pipeline, there is a huge amount of work to get involved with. Although there is a good support network, you'll always be challenged to be efficient and effective.
