      Plenty of opportunities to promote within Generous PTO (3 weeks starting) and Holiday days (10 a year) Extremely friendly staff and managers Annual raises based off performance review Casual work environment

      Cons

      Extremely unforgiving tardy policy (Can't be a minute late, after 5 tardies then annual raise is affected, after 9 then it's termination) Messy communication at times
