Pros

Great people in Accounting and HR department. Company will have your back with any needs you have. There are benefits for working for a corporation. I do believe what they are trying to do is promising.

Cons

There is some shady business that happens with upper management. Extracurricular activities that are not acceptable. If you are not someone that is a friend or close to them on a personal basis, you will not move up.
