      Working with youth is rewarding. Employees are caring and contribute to a team environment. Autonomy is high for nurses. There are bonuses for extra shifts, double covering.

      Cons

      Older facility, some of the units are in high need of upgrades. Base wage of pay is on low end but due to differentials and bonuses can make up for it.
