It’s unfortunate that there are some poor reviews on here not only about the company but specifically the owners. The way I see it, the owners are spending 3-4 days/week away from their families to dedicate their time to the success of MedScript so we can all go home to our families every night. And they’ve been doing it for two years. I’ve seen them be nothing but caring to everyone and they go out of their way to do nice things for us. Holiday parties, raffles, etc. Yes, like every business owner they have to make tough decisions sometimes that not everyone is going to agree with. My advice is to not judge because we don’t always have all the information behind every decision that is made and we’re not supposed to! The fact that we’re all still employed and continuing to take on a lot of business means we all must be doing something right. I wish the people writing bad reviews would take a step back and try to vision the future of the company that the majority of us are working really hard toward rather than spreading negativity over minor hiccups.
