I don’t understand why there’s so much negativity on these reviews. I have a great time working here. People don’t understand this is standard start up culture! The benefits were top notch they were Very competitive with their wages. They have great retention and value their employees unlike other places I’ve been. There’s penalty of opportunity to move up. The executive staff is very competent and compassionate. HR is one that of the nicest departments I’ve ever dealt with. The IT team is top notch and is managed excellently. This is a growing company and I’m glad to be a part of it.
Cons
the office is a little too crowded, and getting to the Irvine office is time consuming.
Although Company workload has gone down leading to a decrease in revenue. They have still kept most of their employees without a pay decrease. Great CoWorkers, management is better then to be expected for a start up
Cons
Decreased work load leading to shifts dragging, 8 hour workday sometimes feels like 12.
