Flexible schedule once you have established yourself as a decent employee
Cons
Keep watch with monitors in the managers office of all the employee's on the team, as if you were a child, work queue is unreasonable, claims are too old to get payment on. Not such a good place too work.

Pros
The training was great. Everyone had a willingness to help you. It is exactly what you put in it. You will gain a great deal of experience. Managers are very helpful.
Cons
Wish I could received a list of job policies, left position for another job. Tried to come back was told I did not get two week notice, which I was aware of this on first day. Really no formal orientation.
