Pros
Friendly people and a relaxed atmosphere. They take very good care of their staff and the prospects for building a long term career are great with lots of staff having spent years here. Six monthly salary reviews are the norm and there's various perks of varying degrees of usefulness. They're currently going through an expansion programme so the long term prospects are pretty good.
Cons
Engineering department are fairly small so the pace of new product development is limited and there's less staff time available for training up new people. The office location is also slightly isolated which extends commuting times.
