I had the pleasure of working at Maxxmann Communication for 1.9 years, and it was a truly wonderful journey. The work environment here is very positive and supportive, which made my experience very enjoyable. During my time with the company, I got to learn many new things that helped me grow both professionally and personally. The management is approachable and always ready to guide whenever needed. My colleagues were also very cooperative, and it felt like working with a family. The projects were challenging but gave me a lot of exposure and opportunities to showcase my skills. Cons
There is a strict punching system, and at times, money would get deducted for delays. While it’s good to promote punctuality, this system can sometimes cause minor inconveniences.
