      The culture at Matson Money is like no other! I absolutely coming to work everyday and working closely with my team.

      This company is a training and development company that focuses on developing all the employees to be people who can succeed anywhere. There is a mission bigger than just a job. You get to make a genuine difference for families living the retirement of the their dreams. Everyone is encouraged to live their American Dream. You can create new positions, you can elevate from the lowest level by hard work and adding value. There is an entrepreneurial spirit that is required and was a perfect fit for me.

      People who aren’t into training and growing get upset that it’s expected of them.

Get to speak to groups thousands of people about the American Dream. Stands for is Freedom, entrepreneurial spirit and the American Dream.

      Some fake people who aren’t authentic and want to do the minimum amount of work that bring negativity and gossip into the office if they are ever asked to do something extra.
