Pros
Some what decent benefits but that’s about it.
Cons
Where do I start? The company’s priorities revolve entirely around the bottom line. They conducted layoffs on Veterans Day — over Microsoft Teams — which says a lot about their leadership values and approach to people. HR leadership feels disconnected and reactive, with little understanding of what’s happening at the ground level. Operational changes often hurt frontline associates in the name of cost savings. Unless you have strong internal connections or play politics, expect instability — layoffs appear to be a regular cycle every one to two years. Work-life balance is nearly nonexistent. You’ll be expected to respond to calls and emails well past normal business hours, including weekends, with little appreciation for personal boundaries. The technology and tools, such as the “Mastermind” system, create more complications than solutions, adding frustration to an already stressful work environment. Overall, a truly disappointing experience in what could be a great organization if leadership valued its people as much as its profits.
