      Great learning environment but needs policy improvements

      1. You get to learn a lot, especially by working on projects end-to-end, from scratch to deployment. 2. Managers are supportive and genuinely help you grow. 3. Good exposure to real-world AI development.

      Cons

      1. Strict company policy requiring 9 hours of on-site work daily, five days a week. 2. Salary is credited only in the first week of the following month. 3. Compensation is quite low compared to industry standards.
