      I have been working as an Ops Analyst here for 3 years and my overall experience has been really good. I have gotten to learn a lot since I got to be part of multiple projs, handle real responsibilities, and work with a team that is supportive and fun at the same time. I feel that the Managers need a special mention as they are approachable and always open to helping & guiding

      The work can get busy at times, but it’s manageable if you plan well

      Pros

      Manomay is the type of company that always recognises talent and more importantly efforts. I have been part of the company for a considerable amount of time and have witnessed the growth that comes from with being in a forward looking company. Personally my experience has been very rewarding and I would definitely recommend the company for people who are in the IT, insurance & Data space looking to learn and grow constantly
