Good benefits package, prompt feedback from management (email, etc). Easy to work with. As with any consulting job how long you stay, how successful you are and how easily you move to other projects depends on your skill set.
Cons
Pay is always on-time, but sometimes when payday falls on a weekend or holiday direct deposit shows up the day after instead of the day before as outlined in the employee handbook.
