They give me the space to really push myself within the company and support me all the way Maintel fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, making it easy to share ideas and grow professionally with my team and wider departments. Senior leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a culture of transparency and continuous improvement to help with our furutre goals. The company maintains a healthy work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements that suit my needs. They are very open to talk to and if you need support anywhere they will gladly help you.
