      Pros

      Working at MagicSchool has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company's mission to empower educators and transform education is at the heart of everything. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams, and everyone is kind, curious, and eager to solve meaningful problems. I’ve appreciated the autonomy given to engineers, as well as the focus on innovation and learning. It’s refreshing to be part of a team where ideas are welcomed and fast iteration is encouraged. Plus, the flexibility and respect for work-life balance make it a sustainable and enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Things move quickly and priorities can shift, which is exciting but may not be for everyone. Growing quickly comes with occasional ambiguity, but leadership has been proactive in addressing this.

      Positive company culture, supportive teammates, flexible PTO, amazing company mission, overall wonderful place to work!!

      Cons

      None in my opinion, but if you do not thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment where you need to have a team-first, scrappy, all hands on deck attitude, then this isn’t the right fit for you.
