Pros
3 months into my first graduate role, I couldn't have had a better time at MachineMax. New to the role and the industry, everyone was so supportive and actively put time aside to individually introduce themselves. The leadership is great, with a focus on outcome rather than input which creates a great environment and culture. I've also had the pleasure of attending award ceremonies, conferences and shows.
