      Despite some challenges in the compensation part, the work environment I have got here is by far the best, No micro management no negative feedbacks, People respect each other and work hand in hand, Everyone backs up each other cares,

      Career growth with high potential for Engineers, Sales. Stability and financial capabilities. Scalability and dynamic environment (Engineers can move to sales of qualified, sales specialist ...).
