I enjoy working in the MBB Team, not only for the type of projects I can access but the team is very collegiate and its a great company culture. Smaller teams mean I get to be involved across the projects and work with all levels of consultants.

Cons

It's a company growing steadily so there is always a need to recruit new team members to meet project demand. Not necessarily a con.

Ability to work on big interesting projects. Offer flexible working. Still a size where you get exposure to senior management and experience on projects.

Cons

Offices are slightly too small now for the team size.
