      Genuinely strong work-life balance, you're encouraged to unplug at the end of the day and management respects personal time. The working environment is great, and the people make it. Solid management who actually back their team, and a culture that feels collaborative rather than pressured.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits could be more competitive relative to the broader market. The work itself can also become repetitive over time, though that's more a function of the role than the company

      Lovely welcome and introduction. Friendly employees always giving a warm welcome. I love that the company really looks out for their employees
