Pros

There are some very smart and motivated team members working for LIIF and the CDFI's social justice and equity goals are on point.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at this time.

Pros

LIIF is working hard on rising to the moment both with BLM and in this pandemic by committing to keeping current staff, providing extra time off, donating to organizations, paying for staff to buy books, etc. Colleagues are friendly and genuinely excited about the work. The vision/mission and commitment to it are strong from the top down.

Cons

Some job instability for positions that are grant-funded, can be tough to see what a path upward looks like.
