      Pros

      + High-trust, high-transparency culture where collaboration and kindness are the norm. + Your work and efforts genuinely move the needle. All contributions are visible and impactful. + An ambitious, fast-moving company unafraid to take bold bets. + Built AI-native from the ground up, so tools, workflows, and ways of working are seamlessly integrated rather than retrofitted to adopt AI. + The mission carries real weight and makes the work feel meaningful beyond the day-to-day. Decisions are made intentionally, with values leading the way.

      Cons

      US-based employees should come in knowing this is a global team with the HQ in Stockholm. Early mornings are part of the rhythm to maintain a meaningful timezone overlap. Not a con but something to be aware of and prepared for if you choose to join.

      Pros

      High talent density, incredibly smart individuals who are passionate about the product. The pace is fast, but it has to be to compete. The product never stagnates and we ship at an unreal rate. Company growth is steady but intentional. Company values are lived on a daily basis. On top of that, it's a lot of fun!

      Cons

      New regions (US, London) are not as developed as Stockholm HQ (lags behind in amenities, benefits, culture) but company is working on it. Fast paced means making your own boundaries, the company won't make them for you (there is always work to be done). Biggest con is that I didn't join a year ago!
