Terribly negative and micro-managing environment. Further, senior management was extremely hypocritical in its expectation for staff. We had new staff trainings in which we were meant to read a book on trust and the importance on maintaining trust within a work environment. Meanwhile, employees were treated miserably and not trusted with basic tasks such as sending emails to clients. When people were fired, senior staff made jokes about the situation. This was my first job out of university and now that I've seen other companies, I can't believe I decided to work here for more than a week or ever took them seriously.

Management treats you like a child (get slapped on the hand for forgetting to unload the dishwasher and other little things), hard to move up since it's a small company, they overwork and underpay and there are absolutely no benefits of working here
