      Hybrid working has been part of Cisco's corporate culture for decades. Many opportunities for growth and company is very focused on employee experience, employee development and training. exec Leadership is very engaged with employees at all levels through monthly companywide video all hands meetings. Leadership provides many opportunities for feedback and takes that feedback seriously.

      Very USA centric and at times challenging to get corporate to focus on rest of world challenges and opportunities
