Pros

I enjoyed working with my team and thought management was supportive and very personable. The culture was positive and people wanted to help each other succeed. Overall, it was a good environment to learn and grow.

Cons

Training could have been more in depth, and it felt like there wasn't quite enough time to get fully ramped up before being measured on performance. Communication between departments could have been better at times.

I enjoy the people I work with every day. Leadership is supportive, communication is generally straightforward, and there is decent flexibility. People care and want to do good work for clients.

Cons

Workload can feel heavy depending on the department, and compensation and growth opportunities could continue improving.
