Locus Bio-Energy is continually improving their products and processes so if you don't like unexpected changes than this company probably won't be a great fit. Communication within and between various departments could be improved by fewer meetings and more intentional planning by management. Lastly I wish that there was a better system in place to submit process improvements or ask questions without going through a string of managers.
