-Transportation provided -Weekly pay -Paid training -Fast paced -Meet a lot of people. -Used to have a monthly bonus

-USED to have a monthly bonus -24/7 Schedule -One day off a week (they choose which day) -One week of vacation after a year of work -No Holidays off -Intermittent/mandatory night shifts (you will never have a solid sleep schedule) -6 hours of allotted "sleeping time" before another shift -Steep learning curve, and they will fire you if you don't get it exactly how they want -High Turnover rate -No raises -Expect to work there 10+ years before ANY sort of promotion -Lots of gossip and drama
