      The People, the culture, the work autonomy and job content are all very positive . We come to work to solve problems together not to have ego competitions. I joined as a contractor and stayed for the culture. The pay is competitive and the benefits compare well.

      Cons

      As small organisation development to senior roles can be limited by opportunities available.
