      Pros

      Great people to work with. Pretty good culture. Fair. Good benefits health dental vision and 401K Gives you the sales tools to be successful.

      Sometimes difficult to move within for company promotion.

      Great company to learn or advance in sales training and insurance knowledge. Independence High commissions Benefits Training opportunities Support from higher management Owner cares about individual progress

      Cons

      Some Micro-managing... promotions don't really exist because we are paid mainly on commissions, and after the second and third year, commissions decrease.
