      -As an employee you can be sure that you will be heard and your opinion is valued.. -Open door policy when it comes to feedback giving/receiving. -Great management team and our operations team is doing great improvements. -I would highly recommend to work at this place understanding it's a constant improving world where your experience and knowledge is valued.
