      Pros

      Good team and friendly atmosphere, most of the peolple are kind and helpful with each other. It's nice to work under the logo of a prestigious brand of quality. Good work-life balance. Competitive base salary.

      Cons

      Lack of professional development opportunities as the company is too small to grant new steps on the ladder upways. Somewhat old-fashioned perceptions of e.g. the Home Office, communication or culture, althought it slowly changing. Could be more diverse.
