      Great Benefits Package

      Pros

      Just re-enrolled for our benefits and I could not believe that the costs for my benefits are so low, due to the high investment from Lightning Step to their team members. My premiums are as low as they were when I was working at Home Depot as an FTE over 20 years ago, without any loss in coverage or high deductibles.

      Cons

      Nothing worth note, the Lightning Step family is one I am grateful to be a part of.

      So many to name, but here are few: - Culture of accountability and empowerment - A company truly focused on helping the customers - Very innovative - Management provides context and let's you shine in your own way

      Cons

      The only con I can see is that the company is in rapid growth. If you want more structure or repetition every day, this might not be the place for you.
