I have been in the electronic security industry for about 30 years. I have vast experience with local and national companies and have been with Lexington Alarm for over 5 years. Personally this is the best company I have worked with. I love what we do as an industry and this is the only company I have been associated with that truly focuses on the client. Because of that we are particular on who we hire / represent us in the marketplace. We have high expectations of all team members and the people who work here are amazing. Lexington Alarm recently merged with Wayne Alarm and is now an operating branch of Wayne Alarm. This transition has gone extremely well and we have not only maintained over 90% of our workforce we are hiring additional personnel as well.

Lexington Alarm Systems truly cares about its employees. To begin, the former owner who sold the company made certain that everyone got to keep their job. We retained 98% of our employees and are still going strong. The new owner is just as caring and is always available to answer questions. The company has a volunteer group, plays kickball, ice cream socials and more. - Great benefits package with 401K match. - They invest in employees through training internally and externally. - Two offices; Lynn and Bedford. - Big on technology. - They listen to their employees and ideas. It’s a great company.
